Herbs and aromatic plants are another of our green passions! As the name already suggests, they are plants with a pleasant smell and the aromas they contain are rich in essential oils! They are often spicy or used as condiments consequently they are often used dried! These aromatic herbs have the wonderful ability to transform a normal lunch into a delicious experience of fresh, spicy, penetrating flavours and can make some foods more palatable, assisting digestion too, we can also use them to liven up our snacks and specifically in drinks - particularly in aperitifs - or in our day to day meals! We have a large variety at our disposal in our nursery and we are always looking for new ones to try new perfumes or expeience new sensations !!
